Branching Scenarios with Animation - SM&CR Compliance
We love video branching! When it comes to digital learning, it’s a great way to practise, getting as close to that ‘on the job’ learning as possible. We worked with AO’s multimedia team for the animations, giving the learners the opportunity to help the character make the right choices at work.
This is a small part of the wider course.
Yara International: Which Data Persona Are You?
The Yara management team were focusing on data literacy and how to best use data in their roles. This data persona quiz, built in Articulate Storyline, explains what data literacy is, including a video we created, then takes the learner through a series of questions which determines which data persona they are. Their results then recommend the best learning pathway to improve their data persona skills further.
Severn Trent: Behavioural Styles Video
This video was part of a library of assets that was supporting members of the public to get back into work after the Covid pandemic.
The video outlines four different styles, the behaviours each one shows and some guidance on how to use an understanding of the styles to your advantage.
HSBC: Learning Marketing Video
We consulted with HSBC to increase engagement with their learning platform and build practical solutions based on learner data and extensive stakeholder knowledge.
As part of that, we refreshed their Academy page on their learning platform and released this video to market their new learning offering. We saw a 200% spike in traffic to the page as a result.
Yara International: Selling YaraBela
We created this Articulate Rise course as part of a project with Yara International, the leading global fertilizer manufacturer.
It covers the basics of selling with some practical tips to apply when selling the YaraBela fertilizer.
Yara International: Ways of Working Guide
Yara used their resources on LinkedIn Learning to build pathways for new and aspiring managers. We worked with them to build out Yara-specific resources that supported the existing learning and merged with their four pillars of leadership.
This example was one of 16 engaging and interactive assets to offer a blended learning approach to their new managers’ development.
